Happy New Year

torahWelcome to 2015!

As we enter this new year, it is common to make resolutions.  Let me offer a suggestion: try reading the Bible through this year.  There is a very easy way to do this.  Read four chapters per day.  Start today with Matthew 1-4.  By the beginning of March, you will be done with the New Testament.  Then you can move to Genesis.  By October, you will be back in the New Testament.  This means that over the course of one year, you could read the New Testament twice and the Old Testament once.

Throughout this year, I will be publishing some thoughts about my readings for that particular day.  I hope you enjoy these thoughts.

Here is a bible reading schedule you can print and check off as you read.

May God be with you this year!
